Informativa art. 13 Regolamento UE 679/16 (GDPR)

1. Why you are receiving this notice

Eucore Consulting S.r.l, as the Data Controller, wishes to inform you about what data is collected and how, in order to guarantee respect for your rights and fundamental freedoms, particularly regarding confidentiality and the security with which the data is processed.

2. What personal data we collect

Eucore Consulting S.r.l collects and stores your personal and identifying data (such as name, surname, residential address, email address, interests in courses, citizenship, gender, place and date of birth, phone number) through the following channels:

a) form completion;
b) paper forms collected at events.

We may ask social media platforms to send information about our activities based on their users’ profiles and according to their data processing policies, but we do not know your name. The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails and/or traditional mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

3. What we use your personal data for

3.1 Eucore Consulting S.r.l uses your data for the following purposes:
• to contact you and send you information about our activities via email or phone following your request;
• to aggregate and analyze the collected information to improve our services;
• for registration in our records.

3.2 With your specific consent:
• to send you communications regarding promotional initiatives of our activities that may interest you;
• to include your data in our databases in order to carry out profiling activities and send you proposals and offers aligned with your interests.

4. How long we keep your personal data

We retain your data for 3 years from the last contact with you, unless you request its deletion earlier. After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized for statistical purposes.
For the purposes mentioned in point 3.1.e, Eucore Consulting S.r.l will retain the records only for 3 years, after which they will be deleted.

For the purposes mentioned in point 3.2.a, your data will be processed for a duration of 3 years, after which we will request your consent again to continue receiving newsletters.

5. How we ensure the security of your personal data

Your data will be processed using tools that ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The processing is carried out on paper and with IT and/or automated systems and includes all operations set out in Art. 4 of the GDPR necessary for processing, including communication to subjects involved in the processing. Your data will not be publicly disclosed; however, it may be communicated to public or private entities operating within the purposes described above.

6. Who can access your personal data

Only authorized individuals within Eucore Consulting S.r.l, according to their assigned roles, may access your data. Some authorized employees of Eucore Consulting S.r.l may also have access to your data. Your personal data will not be disseminated in any way and may be communicated to third parties, duly appointed as Data Processors, such as external collaborators and companies providing specific support services. Personal data may also be accessed or communicated to entities entitled to access such data by law or by EU or national regulations.

7. Where your personal data is stored

Your personal data is managed and stored on servers located within the European Union, either owned by the Data Controller or by third parties appointed as Data Processors. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

8. Is it mandatory to consent to the provision of your data?

Providing your data is optional; if you do not consent, you will not be able to receive information about our initiatives or our communications via newsletters.

9. What are your rights under the GDPR?

According to the provisions of the GDPR, Eucore Consulting S.r.l guarantees the following rights:
• to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, to access the personal data (Right of Access, Art. 15);
• to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you (Right to Rectification, Art. 16);
• to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay under certain conditions (Right to Erasure, Art. 17);
• to obtain restriction of processing in specific cases (Right to Restriction of Processing, Art. 18);
• to receive the personal data you provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit that data to another controller (Right to Data Portability, Art. 20);
• to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you (Right to Object, Art. 21);
• to receive notification without undue delay of any personal data breach by Eucore Consulting S.r.l (Art. 34);
• to withdraw your consent at any time (Conditions for Consent, Art. 7).

10. For any request, you can contact the Data Controller

If you believe your rights regarding personal data protection have not been respected, you may contact the Italian Data Protection Authority. Alternatively, if you reside in another country, you can contact your local Data Protection Authority.
