BeBOP Standardisation Toolkit
The BeBOP Standardisation Toolkit is a public and interactive resource developed by UNI – Italian Standards Body, to provide easy access to the results of the standardisation mapping carried out within the BeBOP project.
Developed through Power BI, the Toolkit transforms the project’s structured mapping database into an interactive and searchable resource, allowing users to explore standards and other standardisation documents relevant to the technologies, processes and sustainability aspects addressed by BeBOP.
The BeBOP Standardisation toolkit at a glance
The first version of the Toolkit includes 100 standards and related standardisation documents, organised into 12 thematic areas. These cover topics ranging from bio-based products and renewable gaseous fuels to circular economy, carbon footprint, life cycle assessment, resource efficiency, sustainability and environmental management. The mapping includes 90 current records and 10 work-in-progress records, providing an overview of both established references and ongoing standardisation activities relevant to the project.
Explore the mapping
The interactive dashboard allows users to explore the mapping from different perspectives. Standards can be filtered by thematic area, title and keywords, while dedicated charts provide an overview of the relevant international, European and national technical committees. Users can also distinguish between current documents and work in progress.
Key information on standardisation documents
For each mapped document, the Toolkit provides key information such as its standard reference, title, year, scope, thematic area, keywords, status and associated technical committees, together with a link to the relevant catalogue or source page where available.
Who is the BeBOP Standardisation Toolkit for?
The Toolkit supports researchers, technical experts, industry stakeholders and other interested users in identifying relevant standardisation references and better understanding the standardisation landscape surrounding BeBOP.
Future updates
A second version of the Standardisation Toolkit will be published later in the project, updating and refining the current mapping.
Note: the standards identified through the Toolkit cannot be fully downloaded. The Toolkit facilitates the search for relevant standards and provides an overview of the mapping carried out within BeBOP’s standardisation activities.
